You can return your item(s) quickly and easily by completing the Return Order Form included within your package. Once completed, the Return Order Form and merchandise can be mailed via the carrier of your choice. Item(s) are refunded via store credit within 14 days of return. Please read our policy concerning returned merchandise:
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags
- Item(s) must be free of stains, make-up, and deodorant
- Bodysuits, Swimwear, and Accessories are FINAL SALE and NON-RETURNABLE due to the delicateness of merchandise
- Orders must include the Return Order Form indicating the items being returned. Forms not completed may experience issues and/or delays in processing
- We are not responsible for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please ensure that you keep proof of postage and tracking number when shipping back your return.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery
Should you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item please contact Customer Support via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. These items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will address and resolve your issue within 24-48 hours excluding holidays. During the holidays, please allow up to 72 hours for a response and resolution.
RETURNING BY MAIL
For U.S. Domestic/International customers, simply complete the Return Order Form included in your package to return by mail with the carrier of your choice. All returns must include the Return Order Form that indicates which items are being returned. If not completed properly, your return may experience issues such as a delay in processing.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take longer to reach us from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered. Once your returned is fully processed, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a E-Gift Card for a future purchase. Pretti-n-Plush E-Gift Cards do not expire and are redeemable immediately.
We are unable to accommodate exchanges since there is no guarantee the style and size will be available when item(s) are returned.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
We reserve the right to define and limit or reject and refuse returns from customers at any time due to:
- Excessive return history involving worn, altered, damaged, or missing items
